Donyland Lodge is a residential therapeutic community and school providing 52 week a year provision for young people aged 11 to 18 who are placed by referring Social Services, Local Education Authorities and Health Trusts.

We provide a warm, caring environment where traumatised and troubled young people can find a supportive residential programme of appropriate educational and therapeutic interventions. Here they can gain confidence in themselves, understand their worth in society and raise their self-esteem.

Set in over 4 acres of land edged by trees, the whole estate is completely free of urban distraction and includes picnic areas, a games pitch and areas for more adventurous activities.

Donyland Lodge is not just another stopping place but somewhere young people can at last feel safe, be looked after by adults who care and can begin to learn to enjoy their lives again.
