Mark has worked in residential settings for the last 14 years, commencing his work at Farleigh College (a residential school for young people with SEBD and also Aspergers Syndrome, aged between 11 -18 years).   Mark began as a Residential Child Care Officer working his way through the ranks to become Team Leader. 

After a few years Mark became Deputy Head of Care at Farleigh College and on several occasions was seconded to various provisions where he was acting Head of Care.  

Mark moved to join Donyland in November 2009.
