The Stores is a house for three older adolescents who are undertaking Life Skills, attending College/Vocational Training and/or Employment and who are preparing for Leaving Care. Situated approximately one and a half miles from the main site, The Stores is located in a quiet residential area near the town centre. Presenting now with fewer behaviour or conduct problems, these young people are ready to live in a less structured environment. The emphasis at The Stores is on each young person becoming an agent in their own life, increasing their skills for independence and learning to become reintegrated into the wider community.
